13" Swing-Away Grain Augers

Available in 71', 81', and 91' lengths

These augers have a wear edge flighting on high wear areas, shear bolt protection, and a large clean-out door.

  • Capacities up to 9,000 bu/hr (245 tonnes/hr).
  • 12 gauge tube, with 1/4" flighting on main and swing away augers, with additional 10 gauge wear-edge strip welded at critical grain transfer points for increased durability.
  • All models are equipped with 3/8" galvanized steel cable truss system.

  • 15 inch tires with sturdy 6 bolt cast iron hubs and tapered bearings.
  • Equipped with heavy duty constant velocity (CV) PTO shaft to eliminate vibrations for smoother running and less stress on the drive train.
  • Extendable axles on all models - offer 40 feet of adjustment
  • Heavier duty gear boxes and extended lube universal joints for longer, trouble free operation
  • Larger hopper wheels and pneumatic tires and tubes.
  • Spring loaded safety discharge door on intake hopper guards against main auger overloading.

New 1000 RPM - 540 RPM reducer

The New 1000 RPM - 540 RPM reducer with built in reverser that will now bolt onto the auger instead of the tractor. Eliminates bottom, bearings, chain, sprockets and optional reverser kit when used.

Thrust Adjuster

The upper bearing thrust adjuster allows flighting pressure to be equalized on both upper and lower bearings for smoother operation and long flight life.

Heavy Duty Under Carriage with Hydraulic Scissor Lift System

Rugged square tube frame with hydraulic scissor lift elevates in less than 60 seconds with smooth action and positive control.

Constant Velocity PTO Shaft and Direct Drive System (CV-PTO)

A CV PTO shaft equipped with overload shear bolt protection assures smooth and efficient operation. A reliable direct gear drive and #80 chain system minimizes maintenance and adjustments associated with high performance grain handling.

Low Profile Swing Hopper

Wheatheart's large 40" x 63" x 10 1/2" low profile swing away hopper accommodates grain wagons and belly dump semi-trailers. Four wheels with pneumatic tires and adjustable height allow the hopper and swing tube to flex independently and follow uneven ground contours with ease.

Extendable Axles

Extendable axles offer 40" of adjustment. This feature allows axles to be extended for stable operation at bin locations. Retraction offers reduced width for transport.

Reverser Kit - Optional

Our optional reverser kit allows you to reverse main and swing hopper augers for complete cleanout of grain.
